Return timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.

Items eligible for return

  • Items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Unwashed and undamaged items
  • Items with proof of purchase
  • Items purchased at full price or on sale

Items not eligible for return

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to return an item

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  • Receive your return authorization and shipping label
  • Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  • Attach the return label and ship the package
  • Track your return and await confirmation

Refund processing

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free for defective items or errors on our part. For all other returns, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
